Basic Shipping Policies:

We offer free shipping for  up to 20 lbs. on domestic orders over $100.

Orders made before 12:00 p.m. MT typically ship the same day!

Orders only ship Monday through Saturday.

Orders received after 12:00 p.m. MT Saturday will ship the following Monday.

Orders for Overnight shipping on Friday will not be delivered on weekends.

If shipping to a P.O. box, customer must choose USPS as carrier.

Orders are shipped from Idaho. Shipping rates and times for Alaska and Hawaii will vary.

West Coast States: 1-5 Business Days

Mid West States: 4-6 Â Business Days

East Coast States: 6-7 Business Days

Shipping Fee Returns

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We are human! In the event that we ship you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.

Priority Shipping:

Overnight or 2nd day orders must be placed before 12 p.m. MT. No exceptions.

Orders placed on Friday for overnight shipping will not get there until Monday.

Orders for oversized items like boats and float tubes or items over 20lbs.  qualify for discounted shipping. Please call the shop for a shipping  quote.

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If not, The Madfins fly and tackle shop will offer a full refund of the purchase price of eligible returns within 30 days of purchase. Please review our return policy. 

Eligible Returns

• Returns items must be unworn, unopened, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/ or labels. 

Return Refusals

• The Madfins fly and tackle shop reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. The Madfins fly and tackle shop will not accept the return of damaged Fishing products. We will not accept returns of opened, damaged, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns on items that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging.

Restocking Fee

• Please call the shop for a return authorization to  ensure proper tracking of your return. After receiving your order, you  have 15 days to request a return authorization. Orders returned after 15  days will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. 

• No  returns after 30 days.Returns of items that received Free Shipping (orders over $100 shipped to the continental United States) are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

ALL ITEMS ARE PROTECTED BY A LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE.

• IF YOU HAVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM OR WARRANTY QUESTION, PLEASE CONTACT US. WE WILL GLADLY FACILITATE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM WITH THE MANUFACTURER.
• MISC. RETURN INFORMATION
• ELIGIBLE RETURNS WILL COVER THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF AN ITEM, EXCLUDING APPLICABLE SHIPPING OR RESTOCKING FEES. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS OR OTHER CONSIDERATIONS MAY AFFECT YOUR RETURN AMOUNT. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR RETURN BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK TO US.
